About this game

Over fifty games in one app: the ones you already know, and a few you might not.

Take a turn when it suits you. A game can last an evening or a fortnight, and the other player picks it up whenever they next open the app. Or sit down together and play a fast one end to end. Both work, and the same game does either.

There is always somebody to play. Every game has a bot that will give you a proper contest, so you never have to wait for a human to be free. Challenge a friend with a link, take an open seat in the lobby, or just press Play and start.

THE GAMES

Board: Chess, Backgammon, Checkers, Reversi, Go 9x9, Go 13x13, Go 19x19, Hex, Oware, Ludo, Line-Up.

Cards: Cribbage, Hearts, Gin Rummy, Rummy, Crazy Eights, Oh Hell, Schnapsen, Sixty-Six, Landlord, Goofspiel.

Word and number: Crosstiles, Word Grid, Hangman, Bulls and Cows, Typing Race.

Dice and tiles: Yacht, Jackpot, Pig, Dominoes, Mahjong.

Sport: Pool, Snooker, Nine-ball, Darts, Ten-Pin Bowling, Bowls, Curling, Minigolf, Penalties.

Quick ones: Tic-tac-toe, Four Connect, Dots and Boxes, Snakes and Ladders, Maker and Breaker, Warship, Spot the Difference, Match, and Rock, paper, scissors.

Live, both players on the board at once: Snake, Blockfall, Crater, Maze Race.

BUILT TO BE PLAYED PROPERLY

Every board is drawn for the screen it is on, in either orientation, and the boards that need the room give you the whole screen when you turn the phone sideways. Every move is announced for VoiceOver, and every game can be played without seeing the board. Reduce Motion is honoured: nothing animates at you if you have asked it not to.

Fifteen languages, including Arabic and Hebrew laid out right to left, with the boards left alone where they should be.

The rules to every game are in the app, written plainly, so you can learn one you have never played without leaving for a web search.
Over Fifty games, from Chess and Cribbage to Snooker and Word Grid.
