The Peer Up app is overall good, but I’ve been facing technical issues for over a month. I’ve contacted the support team multiple times through WhatsApp and email, but my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’m a paid user, yet my course sessions are not showing in the app. The team really needs to improve their customer support and fix these bugs.

It's the worst experience I've had with this application. Whenever I'm connecting to someone, there is always a problem with voice and network issues, though I have a high-speed internet connection. There should be an option to report network issues and glitches of inaudibility to each other.

This is a very good app for learning and memorizing English and like all other apps which charge money, this one does not charge any money, it is absolutely free. According to me, this app is the best for memorizing English. In this, you can talk to humans and even to others. I just want to say that this is a very good app for learning English.👏🏻
