About the Agen Pegadaian App
The Agen Pegadaian app is a digital platform designed to support the operations of our agents across Indonesia. As an extension of Pegadaian's services, this app enables our agents to serve customers with greater ease and speed, ensuring all transactions are recorded digitally.

Pegadaian Agent Services
Regular Agent
Pegadaian Agent with features for providing referrals and information about Pegadaian products to prospective customers, as well as processing payments for Pegadaian products, including the opening of gold savings accounts.
Premium Agent
An agent with all the functions of a Regular Agent, plus the additional feature of processing KCA (Kredit Cepat Aman - Fast Secure Credit) pawn disbursement transactions.

General Requirements for Pegadaian Agents
Have a residence/place of business for agent operations.
Possess the following operational devices: a) An Android Smartphone b) Internet Access
Be willing to attend training.
The location of the agent's operational place must have easy transportation access to the agent's parent outlet.

Administrative Requirements for Agents
Application Documents:
a) Application to become an agent (submitted via the application).
b) Partnership agreement.
c) A photocopy of a valid ID card (KTP).
