About this game

Alpha Hex is a compact merge puzzle inspired by the logic of 2048 and redesigned for a hexagonal board. Slide every tile in any of the six hex directions, combine matching letters, and keep the board under control as new tiles appear after each valid move.

The progression is easy to understand: A plus A becomes B, B plus B becomes C, and the challenge continues until you reach S. Each decision matters because the board has only 19 cells arranged in a unique 3-4-5-4-3 layout.
