Gym Timer helps you build interval workouts in a simple and flexible way.
You can configure:
- Preparation time
- Work time
- Rest time
- Number of repetitions for each block
- Multiple blocks in the same workout
- Rest between blocks
- Cool down time
The app lets you create sessions like 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest, combined with other blocks such as 50 and 30 in the same workout.
You can also save workouts with a unique name and open them later from the saved routines section.
The last used workout stays available when the app opens again. If you were editing a routine and did not save it, the draft remains there so you can continue where you left off.
During a running workout you will see:
- The current phase
- The remaining countdown
- The list of upcoming steps
Gym Timer is designed for HIIT, functional training, circuits, strength sessions and custom interval routines.
