It is easy to navigate but frustrating us by logging us out automatically when the timer expires. Imagine the stress when you have entered several passengers' details then the app abruptly exits out.

ada pas flex, ada pelita air... dua2x-nya useless.. dalam mo tambah Dine in .. hadeuh... tipikal Konoha.. new management new app...at the end just a bunch of trash app jangan malu liat tetangga air asia app, simple yet powerfull

The app is smooth but you can not complete your purchase and pay for a ticket. Not sure if the payment page is down but the same is happening on their website too. An awareness for this issue would have been great, but non-existent. This app is much better and smoother than other competition's app, but if only they could resolve this, because now my money will be going to another airline due to this issue.
