tried to submit a request due to missed trash pickup and got a "null" respo se when I hit send. tried to use the app to submit that there was a problem with sending the missed pickup request and again got the "null" once I hit send. Reached out to the company via email and was told twice that I needed to b update the app due to an update on their end, but there's no update available. I mainly use this to ensure I have the right bins out each week...

Great App. I like the trash and recycle reminders every week.
