About this app

Overview
The PEMAC Assets App gives users access to the main features of the CMMS on mobile, with no requirement to log on at a desktop. All work orders, inspections, and tasks can be completed and logged on the plant floor immediately and data will sync live across all other screens.

1. Assets
• View a list of Work-related to an Asset
• Show asset warnings when performing work
• Use NFC Tags/Barcoding to identify your Assets
• Find all current and past jobs by tapping an NFC tag/barcode with your device
• Verify you working on the correct Asset when completing a job
2. Work Orders
• Complete assigned Work
• List open work orders / Work histories assigned to the user
• Display outstanding Jobs associated with an Asset using RFID / NFC / barcode identification.
• Entry of Defect Analysis for each job, including defects/sub-defects, causes, and remedies.
• Recording of Calibration Test Results for jobs on Calibration Assets and Reference Instruments.
• Complete Work Order / Work History “Jobs” including Tasks and Spare parts used when performing the work
3. Meter Readings
• Enter meter readings that could trigger Routine Maintenance jobs
4. Log Requests
• Log work requests and upload photos to explain the issue
• Shows Warning if active Work Requests for an Asset exist already
5. Work Requests
• View the list of logged Work Requests
6. Histories
• Approve completed Work Histories
• View the List of Work Histories and ability to filter results
7. Direct Histories
• Log a Direct History, describing the Job, the cause of it, and the Action Taken to resolve it
• Add and complete the tasks to perform the work
• Spare Part Management: Issue, Reserve, and Return to Store the parts involved as well as any Non-Stock Items
• Attachment of photos and documents

What’s new

PEMAC Assets Mobile 4.2 includes the new Permit Approver, Permit User and View Only Roles. Permit Holder and Permit Date selection has also been enhanced. The new Authentication Configuration Utility streamlines the authentication of save actions. Assets associated with tasks can be viewed on the Mobile. Where enabled, SSO credentials can be used to validate an expired login.
