Pretty easy to navigate except that it wouldn't take my card. I don't know if that is a glitch or if it's on my credit union. Easy to find what I need. Getting each driver's name on an electronic ID could be a little confusing if someone isn't tech savvy. But aside from that, it's good. They're trying to make it fun by offering custom colors for electronic ID cards and I do love me some color! 💜

Very easy to use. Straight forward navigation. ID cards always pulled up easily over the two years. Sadly left Pemco to go with another company who's spokeswoman is Flo, and just downloaded their app. Instantly notice a difference. Pemco obviously put in a lot of time and effort in making their app easy to use and reliable. Just wish they didn't raise my premium even though I have a flawless record.

I love Pemco, but this app is always running, eats battery. Requires location to be on at all times. Too many steps to navigate to the My Driving app- should be a separate app. My Driving scores against me when my phone screen turns on by itself, and even recorded a trip in progress while I was reading in bed! Recorded excessive speed when I wasn't speeding. Recorded dangerous turn on a sharp turn in the roadway. This app is going to score against my driving in the city!
