Update! They changed everything! And can't get anything accomplished, been almost 3 months and still messed up!! Why guys? Not 5 stars anymore for sure!! Easiest and most convenient app to pay bills on. AT&T and Liberty Utilities should take lessons..... OMG it would be such a relief to us ALL and would be so refreshing if PDEC could show them how to organize things!!

I've been doing the prepaid electric for about a year or a little longer an i love it, i would never go back to a monthly bill. The app is easy to fallow an I've only had a problem login on two times in a year.

having trouble logging into app now for some reason it saying something about servers and stuff...needs to be fixed thanks.
