crashes often, takes your money then crashes, very hard to win anything here. i thought to be fair I'll update my review, 6/26/25 crashes have been way less lately. they'll still happen here and there, but it'll keep your play when you connect again. so i guess they're improving on that. seems like it's starting to crash again. after winning very small amount, the app suddenly kicked me out again for "internal server error " December '25 update.

Went to sign up for an account, completed the verification process, etc. Then when I go to sign in, I've been immediately suspended, with no email indicating as to why. Support was basically useless in helping me figure this out. Even if this situation gets sorted out, this is such a bad first impression that I don't even want to spend any more time on this app.

I do not know why it is necessary to have this App, very problematic. my recent issue is I cannot open app, It says I'm blocked, I do not know what happened but I supposedly did something that caused a flag of my account, wasn't even using at the time this occurred. Please fix whatever is wrong with this app, it's really useless, I deleted it. I only got it for a in-house casino promo, I cannot use it in Ohio for daily Spin It game. that game is a waste of time.
