with your pension, we have launched My Pension @ Aptia – our free mobile app.
My Pension @ Aptia brings together the best of your online tools, Aptia OneView and
Contact Aptia Pensions so that you can:
• View important information about your pension benefits, and keep your personal
information and contact details up to date
• Quickly access key features in your Aptia OneView account such as illustrators* and
important documentation
• Contact us quickly and securely via our Contact Aptia Pensions portal, without
needing to reconfirm your identity
• Get help from our dedicated My Pension @ Aptia support team
* Illustrators are only available where your scheme offers this feature in Aptia OneView.
Importantly, your data is kept safe and secure. To use My Pension @ Aptia, you will need
your OneView account username and password.
Important information
My Pension @ Aptia is only available if your pension scheme has appointed Aptia to
provide you with the app. If they have, Aptia will have supplied you with an “employer
code” which you will need when using My Pension @ Aptia for the first time.
