About this app
Pentecostal eCash Book is a simple digital cashbook for Indian Rupees (INR).
WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP
Open the app and choose Guest to start on this phone, or sign in with an approved account. Then:
1. Pick your cashbook (for example Personal or Church).
2. Tap Income to add money coming in — amount, date, category, and Cash / Bank / UPI.
3. Tap Expenditure to add money going out the same way.
4. Read Opening, Income, Expenditure, and Closing at the top so you always know the balance.
5. Open More for reports, categories, multiple books, search, export, and settings.
THE CORE RULE (ALWAYS)
Closing = Opening + Income − Expenditure
That is the same idea as a paper cashbook: opening balance, receipts, payments, and what is left.
MAIN SCREENS
• Income — list and add receipts; search; edit or delete with confirmation
• Expenditure — list and add payments; same tools as Income
• More — cashbooks, categories, reports (today / month / year / date range), running balance, balance sheet, export / import, reminders, and about

ON THIS PHONE
Guest mode keeps your books in the local database on your device. You can export XML or CSV, or print a report, when you need a copy. Optional sign-in is for approved emails when you use cloud storage backup.
