I have used Penzu as my journal for over 15? years. Certainly as long as 10 years. It is easy to use and designed with care and thoughtfulness. The ability to design the covers, including using a photo, is perfect. I have books for daily journaling, gratitude, dreams, poems, even thoughts about a bucket list. Thank you for this great app.

I've been using Penzu for so long, it's been almost a decade since I started. But the mobile app is seriously making me worry about my entries. I paid for the lifetime subscription in hopes that I'd always have a place to look back at my journal entries, but with constant crashes, bringing me back to the homepage, not saving my entries even WITH the new manual save button...I can't in good faith recommend this app.

My favorite journaling app I purchased the Pro+! I use it mainly on my mobile for convenience, the desktop version runs perfectly. I dread using the mobile version because it takes FOREVER to load. I cleared my cache & counted the time it takes to open a journal. It was 86 seconds. It takes almost 2 minutes to open a new or previous journal. That's a big inconvenience that needs to be fixed ASAP. I hope it can be worked out without the customer having to pay more for it. 🤞
