Fundaztic is fully owned and managed by Peoplender Sdn Bhd which is a Recognised Market Operator licensed by the Securities Commission of Malaysia to operate a peer-to-peer financing platform. Strongly believing that it is through complementing and filling gaps of needs in the ecosystem that will create sustainable and meaningful growth, Fundaztic aims to leverage on technology to enhance access to both financing and investment for businesses and individuals with low entry barriers. Our Issuers can have access to easy financing through a fast and simple online application process, while our Investors provide the funds to multiple Investment Notes in exchange for attractive returns of investments. Fundaztic intends to transform the financing ecosystem into a transparent, simple, and fair online marketplace, helping people and businesses achieve their financial goals every day.
Minimum and maximum period for repayment of the funding. - 6 months (minimum) to 36 months (maximum) period for repayment.
Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR). - Ranges from min 8.15% to max 13.85% per annum.
As a business owner who is getting financing on our platform, you will be subject to pay the following fees:-
(a) a fee of RM50.00 which shall be imposed at the Funding Application stage which covers costs associated with verifying, reviewing and listing your funding request on the Platform; and
(b) a fee equivalent to one per cent (1%) per annum of the principal amount for the tenure of the funding to cover the costs of running the Platform and administering the funding (“Origination Fee”). The Origination Fee is charged upfront and deducted from the funded amount before it is transferred to you so you will receive the amount borrowed less the Origination Fee.
We reserve the right to waive, reduce or increase the applicable fees from time to time. Any such changes shall be notified to you on the Platform.

A representative example of the total cost of the loan, including all applicable fees:
Assume interest rate at 12% for RM100,000 at 1 year tenure with equal monthly repayment of Principal and interest. So total principal payable is RM100,000 and total interest payable is RM12,000 (equal monthly repayment of RM8,333.33 (RM100,000/12) and RM1,000 (RM12,000/12) respectively.
Upon loan submission : RM50 ( to refund only if loan successfully funded and disbursed ) plus RM1 online payment fee
After approved and accepted, Once the loan successfully FUNDED, our platform will DEDUCT the following fees from the DISBURSEMENT amount :
1. Platform Origination Fees : 1% per year on loan amount (ie, if loan RM100,000 for 1 yr, then the ONE TIME fee is RM1,000)
• 3 – 12 months funding = 1%
• 13 – 24 months funding = 2.3%
• 25 – 36 months = 3.9%
2. Stamp duty (Effective 1st Jan 2022 until 31st Dec 2026) : Waived
3. Also, 1st month instalment will be deducted from the total amount prior to disbursement of the funding to client’s bank account (equal monthly repayment of Principal and Interest so is RM9,333.33 = RM8,333.33 + RM1,000.00
4. Late Payment Fee (if any) - 2% of missed payment; min RM80.00 max RM250.00 **For bullet repayments, additional interests (at prevailing rates) will be continuously charged on a daily basis until full settlement.
