The Playfulness Community was created for those who believe it's possible to build a more conscious, authentic, and creative relationship with their work, without sacrificing productivity, with coherence and lightness. Here, we bring together people who want to transform work into a fertile ground for learning, autonomy, and creative enthusiasm.

Our purpose is to activate critical awareness to boost careers and businesses, developing resilience, productivity, and authenticity through the Playfulness Method, an approach that combines science, playfulness, and positive psychology to redefine the way we learn, lead, and collaborate.

Our dream is simple and bold: to be the community that redefines and updates the meaning of work. After all, if the world of work is changing, the way we relate to it needs to change too.

The community was created by Lucas Freire, a psychologist, writer, and researcher in the Science of Play. He is a leading figure in human development and practices that combine playfulness and purpose. His vision is clear: to bring coherence and authenticity to the center of work relationships, developing more conscious, resilient, and creative professionals.
