App works great. There is however a couple issues I'm sure others would agree with. I think the requirement of a code to be texted to you for each login is pointless especially if using biometrics. Second is that live balance updates as money is used would be perfect. These things are why I left banking with banks initially. Would love to see these things changed.

decades being a customer. purchased a car not knowing PS financed. At 1st I thought was great, local bank etc. I'd pay without issue for years. I had $ trouble outside my control. I admit was occasionally late not more than a few weeks. Out of the blue PS repossessed, claimed I was later than anyone ever told me, FLAT OUT LIED claiming collections came to my house and called me. Banking, credit cards had correct contact info but not car loans yet they claim they were contacting me.

Transfer money with Zelle still not working. I have received money from Zelle,but when I try sending money, it says,"Tap send."Send button is not available anywhere on the screen.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still nothing.I never had problems with FNCB.PSBT was not prepared for this merger.In my communications with bank,they confirmed it was now functioning and ready to use. It's been over a week now. Zelle sent money not working in PSBT app. 9/30/2025 Zelle still not working.
