Hi Team, I am facing this problem from a week now. Whenever i open the app., it gives an erro stating "It seems your screen preference are enable. Please enable it from your setting". Help with a possible solution for this error. Have checked my setting and done all the permutation and combination by searching screen related option in setting and even after lot of hard work on resolving the by my own it gives the same error. Otherwise the app works excellent. Facing issue from last 1 week.

If I could rate in negative, i wud. The founder is just sleeping i guess. I suggest they use their own app to atleast face what we face on daily basis. It's so annoying. Despite having good network connection, it asks to enable WiFi or mobile data. This has been happening for past 6 months and no one seems to take notice of this in the company. Pathetic experience. Leads to wastage of 10-15 mins at the security trying to reinstall the app but still no fix. No wonder ppl prefer foreign vendors.

Every now then it's getting auto sign out and redirects to login page. And even filling the data the page is not opening. Really facing a real time issue. Unable to punch in and out. Solve this issue ASAP or else admit that you all are no longer able to resolve
