Ratings and reviews

The latest update has made the app frustrating to use. Earlier, logging in was quick, but now it always asks for an OTP. This extra step slows everything down and feels unnecessary, especially when we just want to access the app quickly. Overall, the new login process has made the user experience less convenient.

Not able mark my attendance, as the app is not fetching the location. Request team to please check. The app does not allow to take screenshot hence will not be able to share any. Also the sync-contact notification keeps on running continuously

Does any even read these reviews at Peoplestrong? The product people are just sleeping i guess. I suggest they use their own app to atleast face what we face on daily basis. 0 rating. Not able to download my salary slips from portal. I have to submit them on an urgent basis. Peoplestrong has been such a painful experience whether it is downloading documents, accessing ID card - doesn't work when required. Update 14th Dec: Everything is failing. APIs not responding. Completely useless app
