Ask a question, watch the votes land, then open the insights and see exactly how the answers split by age, gender, country and continent. "60% said yes" is mildly interesting. "It's 80% among people under 25, and it flips completely in another country" is the part worth talking about.

• Three formats: Yes/No, Multiple Choice, and Ranking, where people drag the options into their true order of preference

• Notifications for votes, likes, comments, replies, follows and mentions, grouped so your inbox stays readable, with a switch for every type

Your account, your rules
• Look around as a guest first: browse Explore, open polls and profiles, and search without an account
• Go private so new followers need your approval
• Keep your liked and answered polls off your public profile, or hide individual polls
• Block or remove followers and manage your blocked list in one place
• Decide whether mature-flagged polls appear at all, with a warning screen before one opens
• Report any poll, profile or comment for review; an automatic filter catches profanity and hate speech
• Dark and light themes, and an app that keeps working on a patchy connection: your votes and comments queue up and sync when you are back online

Peopoll is for people who are genuinely curious what everyone else thinks, and who would rather see the breakdown than take a single number's word for it.
