I am unable to track delivery order progress online or via the app. there seems to be an attempt to do so, but it doesn't work. I constantly have to log on as the app signs me off rather quickly. the app needs lots of improvement.

They paid the pizza delivery guys to build their website and app. I wouldn't trust putting my credit card info into either. The only way to get your order in is to call.

The app is super easy to use. The items have pics and spots to write any modifications. It gives you a estimated time of arrival as well.
