The adapted company is a company in the ordinary environment, which stands out for its commitment to the development of employment for disabled workers in the host region.
This commitment is based on the ability to combine in a suitable environment: employment (Axis 1), social and professional support (Axis 2), training (Axis 3) with the objective of facilitating the acquisition of skills necessary for access to lasting employment in the adapted company or with another employer (excluding adapted companies) (Axis 4).

The application is intended for all people whose missions include ensuring socio-professional support for the employees of their team.
The application is therefore aimed at:

The data is reported daily, as it happens; 1 minute maximum to enter a socio-professional support action.

The application aims to promote, in a very simple and effective way, all the support work carried out on a daily basis to keep employees employed despite their problems and/or to support them in carrying out their professional project.
