As a temporary stay at home mum, it is really easy to forget the career successes you have had and the direction you were heading. This makes it quite hard to pick back up and set future career goals. This app makes such a difference and I am already using it to get myself ready for getting back into it all. I can see people of all working ages using this app, regardless of gender, and it being a positive influence.

As a business owner I find it really valuable to track my wins with this app (even though not intended for guys) as I don't have a boss to give me feedback and it helps keep me feeling confident and motivated when things aren't going so well.

Just downloaded and can already tell that it's going to help me with my imposter syndrome. This NEEDS to be a social media platform, though (I was half expecting it, to be honest. Kinda like the FitBit community). Being able to share wins with a community may increase the benefits this app already gives. Either way, it's a great app!
