COMPLAINT REGISTRATION

Ask PERA allows citizens to report misconduct, unethical behaviour, disrespectful conduct, demand for illegal gratification, harassment, misuse of authority, or any inappropriate behaviour by PERA field staff during enforcement interactions.
After submission, citizens receive a unique tracking ID to monitor complaint status at any time. Complaints can be submitted anonymously where applicable, giving hesitant citizens a safe way to report misconduct. Supporting evidence such as photos, screenshots, or documents can be uploaded to assist in the review and resolution process.
For general complaints under PERA's regulatory mandate, citizens should use PERA's official complaint channels.
