Ratings and reviews

Great app until you place an order. You will have no idea how long delivery will be until you actually submit the order. Want to check details on the order once it's placed? Get Bent! And if you try more than once you get a system norification that the app keeps stopping. If they outsourced this app to a 3rd party, they really need to pick a more technical savvy company. If not, then they should.

I would give it five stars except that sometimes when we want to order certain burgers, we aren't able to put in all of the items we do or do not want.

after a while, the app forces you to login again. very annoying. They may say "for your protection " but c'mon, it's a restaurant app, not an issue of national security. Just keep me logged in, forever. my phone already has security, don't need or want anymore just to get into this app. still waiting on referral incentives too.
