Unable to log in and accrue points. Tried re-signing up, but app says account already exists, I can't change the password, the in store cashier can't find account or phone number. Deleting the app and downloading again did nothing and there is no help available on The Stand online. Pointless! Pun very much intended.

Some reason after I place the order, it opens the web browser & says error. Proceeds to charge my order, yet will not process the order. Which results in the restaurant not receiving the order.

I have an online account, but can't sign into it in the app. The app only offers the ability to create a new account, but since my phone number and email address are already associated with an account, it can't actually create a new one.
