An application for security guards, concierges and administrators that allows you to manage the access of guests and residents in residential complexes, cottage towns, business centers and other facilities that require convenient and modern organization of guest access control.

Convenient processing of passes:
Automatically receive guest passes from residents who use the Perepustka application.

Let a guest in with 1 touch from the list of active passes or when viewing full pass information.

Quickly find the desired pass by:
- resident's location (apartment, house, office, company name);
- car number;
- description.

Passes for residents' cars are displayed only when searching by car number.

For additional security, access with a temporary multiple-use pass for pedestrian passage is carried out only by QR code.

Manual pass addition:
Some residents may not use the Perepustka application and call security as before.

In such cases, the administrator can easily add a guest pass manually from a resident who is not a user.

Requests for guest access without a pass:
If a guest does not have a pass, security has the ability to send the resident a request for access in a couple of taps.

The resident will instantly receive a notification and confirm or reject the guest's access.

Packages for residents:
Convenient organization of deliveries received for residents. When creating a package, the resident will receive a notification with a photo of the package.

Creating a package is possible based on a pass with the Delivery in a couple of clicks type or manually.

Resident car management:
The administrator can confirm the car after adding it by the resident.

And also temporarily block it for violations. For example, for exceeding the parking time or for a monthly fee debt.

Resident management:
The administration can manage the residents of the security facility, add new ones and confirm the addition of residents who were added by residents.

Residents' phone numbers are hashed, they cannot be viewed.

Personnel management:
The super administrator can manage guards and administrators.

Facility management:
The super administrator can configure the security facility, checkpoints, main locations, history storage time, etc.

Pass history:
The super administrator has access to the full history of pass processing with details: time, date, type, description, author, performer and checkpoint.

Viewing history for guards and administrators is limited to 48 hours.

The history storage time can be selected in the security facility settings.
