Photograph a table on a document, get it back as an editable Excel file.
What sets Perlecta apart is not what it reads, but that it tells you what it COULD NOT read. Cells it is unsure about are marked yellow; cells it could not read at all are marked orange. You only review what is marked.
Tap a marked cell: the photo opens, zoomed to exactly where that cell sits. Confirm it if it is right, fix it if it is not. It takes seconds.
WHAT IT READS
Invoices, delivery notes, bank statements, stock lists, inventory counts, timesheets and shift rosters. Printed tables photographed straight-on give the best results. It also attempts handwriting and often gets it right; it is less consistent than print, and it flags whatever it is unsure of.
THE OUTPUT
A real Excel file: clickable cells, working formulas. Rows, columns and merged headers stay as they are on paper. You can also export as Word or plain text, and the Convert tab turns your file into a PDF.
PRO
• Invoice desk: the QR code is decoded on your phone and checked against the amounts printed on the paper, and any mismatch is flagged (no connection is made to any government system)
• Smart Table: receipts, plain text and free-form notes also become editable tables
• Batch scanning, up to 10 pages at once
• Edit by voice or text command: "move the date column to the front"
• Save to Google Drive, open in Sheets and Docs
• Ready-made template catalogue and 10 active templates
PLANS
Free: 5 introductory scans, then 1 scan per day for 7 days.
After that, scanning needs a Starter or Pro plan; everything you already converted stays yours.
Starter: 100 scans per month.
Pro: 225 scans per month and all of the features above.
Your allowance renews on the day you subscribed. You can cancel at any time.
WHERE WE ARE HONEST
We cannot read every document equally well, and we do not hide it. On a difficult document more cells are marked "please check" — we would rather ask you than hand you data that is wrong.
