Rubbish apps! You can't do any e-booking, neither thru the apps nor the website. Everything come out with error. Do not make this apps if it's so miserable tackling the errors. Calling the center is another thing, when all being default to automated messages our center start at 8.30am to bla bla bla. When I try to call at 9am! It's only for the purpose of online booking, other than that, the features in the apps is basically useless. Please remove the irrelevant features if its not workable.

Rubbish app....cannot upload any documents. I have been trying for almost a week and status is still pending after keying all the information requested. Tried on laptop and mobile. Both didn't work. Best to cancel this app from google play store as it doesn't seem to function whatsoever. Idea seems impressive but the reality is far from it. Please, in future do a test run before launching any app just as I am sure Perodua cars undergo extensive testing prior launching!!!!

E-appointment was all good until it flunked at the confirmation page saying "System unable to process the e-appointment request". Went through all the hassle to key in everything but rejected at the final step. Not great. ***Edited: Able to book an appointment for a later date, but upon viewing, application either loads forever, crashed or saying application error and nothing else was able to proceed.
