About this app

Perpetual Foreigners is a social app for Third Culture Kids and people who grew up across cultures.

Whether you moved between countries, switched languages at home and school, or grew up feeling partly from many places and fully claimed by none, PF helps you find people who understand that experience.

Inside Perpetual Foreigners, you can:

- build a profile shaped by the cities, cultures, languages and interests that formed you
- discover people with layered, international, and cross-cultural backgrounds
- connect through shared experiences of in-betweenness, code-switching, movement, and identity
- chat, explore profiles, and find community beyond simple geography

Perpetual Foreigners is built for Third Culture Kids (TCKs), globally raised people, expats, immigrants, returnees, global nomads, and anyone from a multicultural or cross-cultural background whose life has been shaped by more than one cultural world.

Not everyone had the same upbringing — that's the point. What connects people here is not having lived in the same places, but recognizing the same feeling — belonging, diaspora, identity, and the experience of being from everywhere and nowhere at once.
