I cannot believe that a financial institution could have a such a BAD app! It is extremely flaky. Sometimes biometrics login is active but most of the time it is not. Now, it's gone to worse... it does not even let the user login using the password; it just doesn't show the keyboard to type in the password. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it worked for a few days and then stopped. I have to get to my laptop to view my holdings and performance.

This app is very very slow. Update. Now I can't login to this app at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Can't login. Using same credentials on PC my login is fine. On the app it's broken. The app becomes unresponsive at the login screen. This is the most basic functionality not working. Lowered my original 3 star review to 1 star. Would give zero if possible

I've at least been able to log in to my account but now I get a message saying I need to upgrade to Pershing Android but there is no such upgrade and I'm unable to log in at all. I use my mobile to open the app and the message I get say I have to upgrade to OS 13 but my phone is up to date ,there is no upgrade I can make? any ideas? Anyone?
