Ratings and reviews

More and more bugs the longer I use it. Not just the phone app, but the web application too. It won't sync my accounts, transactions won't move from "Pending" to "Cleared" at any point, and it does not let me change transaction categories at times. I've contacted support numerous times and they can do a one-time fix, but the problems keep coming back.

Downgrading to 2 stars. For the most part this is a great app, but it sucks when connecting to Empower Retirement. It frequently can't connect to their api, or takes forever to update data, or requires me to "fix" the account. However, when I go log into Empower directly I have no problems and get data instantly. It's not that difficult to get data from an api. I make my living writing code that does.

Downhill since app was sold. Any account I try to "fix"/update hangs during data retrieval. They successfully obtain permission to use my data, while denying access to the functionality I was promised in exchange. It's too bad because I liked the general functionality of this app better than other "free" alternatives. You can also no longer access the login page on a mobile browser, even if set to desktop mode. It will just redirect you to the main page or immediately your session has expired.
