I've used this app since it was launched. I've been using pesapal since the paybill times. My problem is 1. Customer Service is not 24hrs available. From 5pm or weekends no one is reachable. 2. My activities and notifications don't match. 3. Also submitting a ticket or calling doesn't help if you guys decide to go ghost mode you go. Don't tell me to email. Thanks I know innovation never ends keep it up. . Also don't say you are working on it explain how you are working on it.

App is very good but why some thing Hung you don't get help I have 1 credit pending for 2days now . Note you buy credit when you need to call.

U don't even deserve that one star it's over 2hours I bought airtime and I haven't received it..I need my airtime or refund..will never purchase anything using pesapal again
