I am disappointed. I have used pesapal previously, and everything was smooth. Unfortunately, today, I can't make payment using the platform. My debit card has been declined, a card I have used successfully previously and is loaded. Another issue is I can't submit a ticket. Please work on this.

That GamePlay
The concept is amazing but the execution just doesn't satisfy if I transact with my bank app it takes 12ksh with Pesapall, it takes 33ksh who would pay mor3 yet the respective banking app works so this is good but not necessarily fixing any problems that are there if it was a few ksh over well and good but not double the fees.

I've used this app since it was launched. I've been using pesapal since the paybill times. My problem is 1. Customer Service is not 24hrs available. From 5pm or weekends no one is reachable. 2. My activities and notifications don't match. 3. Also submitting a ticket or calling doesn't help if you guys decide to go ghost mode you go. Don't tell me to email. Thanks I know innovation never ends keep it up. . Also don't say you are working on it explain how you are working on it.
