Generally works well and customer support is responsive. My main complaint is the recent update requiring a Pesapal OTP for every transaction in addition to the bank/card OTP. This slows payments and creates problems when travelling. Safaricom lacks roaming in many countries, so I could not receive the Pesapal OTP and was unable to transact. My bank OTP is also sent by email, but Pesapal's is SMS-only. Please either rely on the bank OTP or offer email OTPs if you must have multiple OTPs.

App autocloses upon pin verification.. not able to transact and have uninstalled and installed severally.

I've used this app since it was launched. I've been using pesapal since the paybill times. My problem is 1. Customer Service is not 24hrs available. From 5pm or weekends no one is reachable. 2. My activities and notifications don't match. 3. Also submitting a ticket or calling doesn't help if you guys decide to go ghost mode you go. Don't tell me to email. Thanks I know innovation never ends keep it up. . Also don't say you are working on it explain how you are working on it.
