It works. You don't have to risk messaging scammers on Facebook. It could be designed better to prevent unnecessary confusion for new users, like prompting the user to chat on Messenger and what correct payment method to use before the purchase prompt appears. The fees could turn off users though, and when you include the fees by Globe/Smart it comes closer to 42% than the initial 35% fee. Alternative sources of income like ads might reduce the wild fees but I can't say that with certainty

My first time using this app was confusing and I was scared because it didn't work. So I message their messenger in facebook. In my surprise they are very responsive. They provided a thorough instructions with pictures. They refunded my fail 1st attempt and so far the 2nd time it all work out. Thanks to their service my extra loads from my sim can be converted. This is convenient and very helpful. I recommend this app

The first time I used these apps I was still confused because an error occurs when I press Globe Telecom Billing. So I immediately messaged on their Facebook page and fortunately they replied and they even helped me what to do to fix the errors. Thankyou for your service.
