Sold an item but can't remember which tote it's in? Pocket Inventory helps you keep track of what you have, how many you have, and exactly where you put it.
Whether you're sorting liquidation pallets, running an eBay store, preparing for a flea market, or organizing parts and supplies, keep your inventory details close at hand.

GIVE EVERY ITEM A LOCATION
Record a storage location that makes sense to you, such as “Garage / Shelf B / Tote 12” or “Storage Unit 4 / Back Wall / Bin 6.” Update it whenever you move an item, then search by name, barcode, or location when it's time to find it.

KEEP QUANTITIES CURRENT
Record your starting stock, remove units when you sell or use them, add returned or new stock, and adjust quantities after a recount. See your total items and units at a glance.

ADD PHOTOS AND USEFUL DETAILS
Take a photo or choose one from your device so you can recognize the right item. Add notes for descriptions, condition, pallet numbers, model details, missing accessories, or anything else you need to remember.

FIND ITEMS WITH BARCODES AND QR LABELS
Link a product barcode to an item and scan it to find its record. Each saved item also gets a unique QR label you can share as an image for printing. Scan the label in Pocket Inventory to open the matching item in your device's inventory.

KEEP A HISTORY
Review item activity and stock changes, with optional notes such as “Sold at market,” “Customer return,” or “Stock recount.”
