Slow to load, error messages when attempting to sign in, card status still says "pending" even though my status is active. So, that means that I'm still held up in scheduling a vet appointment. 2 stars- needs definite work, yet has potential to be a very useful and efficient service/app. *UPDATE 01/17/2025* I appreciate your response, and look forward to re-visiting the app!
