Introducing the new 2020 PetCheck app for Pet Owners (who have an existing account with a PetCheck pet care provider)!

We built the new app to give you a faster and better experience. Managing your pet care with PetCheck has never been so easy.

The app allows you to:
- Manage your pet's schedule
- Including map, comments, bathroom update and photos.
- Manage your profile
- Manage your pet's profile

editing review. I have emailed support several times because the app will not allow me to comment to the walker. 0 response from the company. I believe as long as the walker is paying for their app, petcheck doesnt care about any problems the pet owner is having. Incredibly disappointing.

Overall great, had 1 teeny glitch with the calendar but it was easy to send a message about the issue to the developer & the issue was resolved when a couple of days. great ease of use - supports managing multiple pets too, two-way communication with the pet care team. The weekly dashboard is super helpful too!

It's extremely difficult to cancel a service. I have on going service set for the work week with no end date and there didn't seem to be a way to request a cancellation of a single.
