Introducing the new 2021 PetCheck Staff app!

Mobile connectivity with both cellular data and wifi can be a big issue when taking care of someone’s pet. You need to work in all conditions, and that’s why we built the app to work in the background whenever possible. Special alerts will inform you when your data connection wasn’t strong enough to synch, prompting you to re-open and to refresh the app.

The app empowers staff through:
- Real-time schedules
- Patented on premise QR code technology that allows staff to scan in and to scan out when starting and ending visits
- Real-time automated customer updates including arrival and departure, GPS maps, photos, and appointment comments
- Ability to perform group appointments

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Ratings and reviews

Why isn't there an option for fingerprint or face ID for scan overrides? My hands are always full and I'm trying to check dogs in, and typing the password each time is inconvenient and a waste of time. Also, it would be great if there was an option to mark down the dogs who went to the bathroom in real time, instead of whilst checking out?

the app has a few wrinkles. but they will work hard to fix problems. Petcheck is a good choice for a small pet business.

This new upgrade is terrible. Never syncs. Buffers forever. Kicks you out. Pictures are fuzzy. Very annoying reading instructions. As someone who uses this to run their entire business for years, I spend more time fixing problems with my employees sign in and outs all day then I do actually running my business. I've had to text clients because they aren't receiving updates. Please switch back to old app.
