About this app

Designed to compliment the PetExec owner portal for companies opting to use it, this app allows the pet owner to easily schedule or request daycare, boarding, grooming, and other services to the company associated with their account. In addition to scheduling services, the PetExec Mobile app gives you the ability to sign contracts, manage your information including contact, email settings, file uploads, packages, and more.

UPDATE - As of 8/13/24, it's fixed!! The app is great and allows me to manage my relationship with my favorite pet resort. Honestly, the app is a five. The one star is for the support - or lack of it. I got a Samsung S24+, and the application won't load. I reached out to support by email, and I didn't get any response. No acknowledgement of a support request, no call or text, not even smoke signals. Once I hear from support, I'll be happy to change my review.

We have recently updated the PetExec Mobile app! This updated version is compatible with Android devices that were previously having issues (the Google Pixel and the Samsung Galaxy S24). The updated version of the app is 1.4.3. Pet owners will need to delete the current version of the app (if it was downloaded) and download this updated version.

I work at a facility that uses this app. It's a great idea, but it's allowing clients to schedule boarding and daycare dates that are not available. It sends auto replies stating that their boarding or daycare dates are reserved when they are not. We've had many angry clients as a result. The auto response needs to be changed to say that we've received the request, but the dates are not confirmed until they hear directly from staff.

I tried to look you up but there are many Tylers. =) This can be fixed by changing your settings and by updating the communication template emails in your system. We have a team in customer support standing by to help!

You keep responding to others stating the facility has not signed up to use this app for those with login issues. However our pet place and I have been using this app for years. I switched phones and all of a sudden I am receiving authentication error on password entry. I tried resetting my password . I can login fine online but the app is definitely broken. Please fix.

Hi Niki! I am sorry you are having trouble. Please make sure you have the most updated PE app version on your phone. version 1.3.2. Also, contact your pet facility to make sure you are using the correct username (it is cap sensitive). Then, try to reset your password. Your email settings had been deactivated due to mailing error.
