About this app

Designed to compliment the PetExec owner portal for companies opting to use it, this app allows the pet owner to easily schedule or request daycare, boarding, grooming, and other services to the company associated with their account. In addition to scheduling services, the PetExec Mobile app gives you the ability to sign contracts, manage your information including contact, email settings, file uploads, packages, and more.

The app is great and allows me to manage my relationship with my favorite pet resort. Honestly, the app is a five. The one star is for the support - or lack of it. I got a Samsung S24+, and the application won't load. I reached out to support by email, and I didn't get any response. No acknowledgement of a support request, no call or text, not even smoke signals. Once I hear from support, I'll be happy to change my review. **Update** - Support let me know it's on the roadmap for 2024. Updated.

I work at a facility that uses this app. It's a great idea, but it's allowing clients to schedule boarding and daycare dates that are not available. It sends auto replies stating that their boarding or daycare dates are reserved when they are not. We've had many angry clients as a result. The auto response needs to be changed to say that we've received the request, but the dates are not confirmed until they hear directly from staff.

I tried to look you up but there are many Tylers. =) This can be fixed by changing your settings and by updating the communication template emails in your system. We have a team in customer support standing by to help!

No update since February 2023?! Developer is absent. Pressure your facilities to switch to a new platform that's actually supported and maintained. Zero support for new devices. It has been MONTHS and still the application is completely unusable on the Samsung Galaxy S24 series. No updates for over a year. Crazy.
