Note: PetPocketbook may use location information in the background for tracking visits depending on your account settings. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life for pet care professionals.

Ratings and reviews

Updating to 2 star: Every other app on my phone is working and sending/receiving data without delay. It's been an hour, I switched to wifi, and they still aren't finished 🤬 As an employee the app is so incredibly frustrating when trying to share images/videos with a client, which is arguably the most important feature for Pet Parents to Pet Sitter communications. Upload times are unreasonable regardless of service. Not the best app I've used in this line of work.

Honestly, this app shouldn't exist. It's useless for pet sitters. I can't make updates. I can't schedule bookings. I can't edit invoices. The list could go on forever with what a sitter can't do. With this last update it changed something in the app where I can't even click on the daily bookings to "complete" them anymore. Which was pretty much the only thing a sitter could accomplish on this app. I just uninstalled this app. Save yourself the migraine don't download this.

the app worked great a few updates ago, then it updated and half the time it doesn't work. I can't see what visits I've completed unless I go on the website, the days glitch and show that I have nothing when I do have clients. it's pretty buggy recently. I never had an issues before the last few updates.
