This was a great company until it became big and arrogant. I switched to Petpooja three years ago because of their competitive, hungry sales team—they earned my trust. Today, that hunger is gone. The current team seems comfortable, drawing big paychecks without adding real value. I’m quitting Petpooja for the same reason I left my previous aggregator: when companies get established, they often assume they’ve reached the apex. They stop competing. New players stay sharp because they have to.

it's very useful for a restaurant users fast service customer care support but I issue. payment integration not available may platform like hdfc ,icici,sbi

Poor Demo, shabby reaponse since 3 weeks of installation... fedup.... simple apps would have been better... dont know what to do. 🙄🙄😡😡 captain app syncing even worse.not happy. 10/09/2025 Waiting since 6 months for a demo after paying the Full amount. customer care just sends messages, wishes you good morning and good day... 👌👌👌 wonderful pen pal app. can anyone suggest what to do. emails customer support requests calls have no responses. ROFL @ my choice of petpooja selection.
