Something must have happened in a recent update or something, because the app is completely useless now. I enter in my claim information and the app crashes and the claim isn't submitted. I uninstalled & reinstalled the app and now I just stare at a spinning circle when trying to log in. Please fix. UPDATE: almost two years later, new phone, new app installation, and no change. I can't even login. Completely useless app.

Nothing but issues with this app. They had an issue with their payment service when I signed up, so I had to call to get my web/app access. Okay no problem. I finally get my account all set up and no matter what I do you cannot submit a claim using the app. It always says "Something went wrong. There was an error uploading your claim" I have tried wifi, data, my computer, my wifes PC, it never works. They need to fix their app so it works

extraordinarily overpriced ($430 monthly) for little to no benefit. even though my cat's had no preexisting conditions when we signed up they didn't cover any of the meds, randomly raised prices all year then increased again at plan renewal, got almost nothing back for appointments, and they made it difficult to submit appointment receipts.
