Do not get this insurance. First off the app stinks and makes you log in multiple times. Sometimes requiring you to log in on the web instead of the app. Second I submitted a claim in September, but as of December have received none of the money I am owed. They said they mailed a check, that never came. Then I added a bank, which I verified many times it was correct, that didnt work so they "sent" another check that I never got. The worst part is the customer service takes 30+ minutes each time!

Not a real app. Makes you log in, but in order to view anything in your account, you'll have to log in again. The app will tell you it doesn't trust your new device and to open the email they've sent to verify your device. Usually I get a notification from my anti-virus that Pets Best is not secure and someone may be trying to steal my info, but hard to tell. I think the app may just be useless. Such a hassle - can't take a laptop to the vet with me - thumbs down, Pet's Best!

app doesn't let you actually do anything. you have to sign in every time you change tabs. the only way to get anything done is to call them but then it's a 30-45 minute wait. unfortunately I can't change pet insurance because everything will be considered "pre-existing". maybe get your app to work how it's supposed to. 0/5
