While the insurance itself has been great, the app doesn't work. At all. 2 updates ago, the app started no longer logging me in. I get a login screen and I input my information and it just sits there on a spinning loading screen until I close the app again. The longest I've waited for it to log me in was 15 minutes, and the app didn't do anything besides sit on the login loading screen. I ended up shutting it down because I was sick of waiting.

Useless! This app worked great for the first year when I originally purchased pet insurance back in 2020. Now for almost 4yrs+ it constantly crashes, you can't view any of your info, the app expects you to re-sign in after already signing in to view your billing or statements, etc. Now theres another update, which has yet again made the app completely useless!!! After logging in, I am unable to view anything because a message stating "The Request is blocked" keeps popping up!

This might be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've called 4 times and have been on hold for 17 mins, 26 mins, 38 mins and 53 mins and no one ever answered. I even called after hours to cancel my policy with the requested information they have on their helpline and they still haven't cancelled. I now have to close my bank account and open at a new bank just so I can cancel. Your job shouldn't be this hard.
