I really dislike the new 'adoption' section. I don't agree with the ethic of allowing it to become a platform for selling animals. I know the idea behind it meant well, but with no moderation it's less about concerned people trying to find pets a good home, and more about people selling animals. Those who are selling should be removed. Adoption only. The app itself is OK to use. Navigating back to root menus can be a bit annoying as it then takes you to the top of the list of products again.

The products are well priced to my convenience. Everything I wanted was available. Also, the delivery well timed and the package is well kept.

It was a smooth experience being a new customer. The app made it a breeze to search and select multiple pet products from different shops and variety of brands. I hope the experience will remain consistent.
