If I could rate 0 I would. The app is completely useless when you're not physically connected to the network your box is on. The second you leave your home, the app drops the box as a recognized device so what's the point of having a fancy high tech litterbox if you can't monitor the device. Be warned, beware. Wish I would have gotten a different brand. Fix your app PetSnowy. How is this level of quality acceptable?

This thing is a complete and utter mess. The litterbox itself is an incredible device (dare I say life changing), but the app is constantly broken, hard to use, and disconnecting from my device. Recently, it's just been saying "system error, come back later". The latest update to this thing has made it a complete nightmare to use, with much worse UI, frequently not saving my settings, and tons of pointless notifications. Thank God the 600 dollar litterbox doesn't need the App to run.

The devices themselves are game changers and have been working seamlessly. In the beginning, the app worked wonderfully. Kept receiving useless updates from the litterbox about the cat being in there longer than 2 mins, as if that means anything. As of late, the app is completely unusable and I dare say, at this point, if someone were to buy this products brand new with the current state of the app, they'd have very expensive bricks since the devices NEED the app's functionality to be set up.
