"4. Compatibility with voice commands and access to other third-party services;" App description is a lie. The app does not have any compatibility with any 3rd party services. Literally no options to do so. The products are smart but the app needs a lot of work. Aside from misspelling there are a lot of functions/data missing. For example the air purifier shows VOC levels in numbers and filter % but the app doesn't. And the automatic litter box takes minutes to show event logs on the app.

The app is glitchy. I had issues creating a profile, and had to close out and restart several times before it worked. The share device feature was wonky as well. I do seem to be getting accurate notifications, but sometimes when I first open the weight is still on kg not lb. I love the box, but the app needs updates and improvements especially if they want people to have their suite of products.

The system log is cluttered with useless garbage that I guess is supposed to be entertaining, but isnt. Also, my cat often takes a bit longer than 2 minutes to use the litterbox, and whenever the cat is in there >2 mins, it sounds an alert on your phone. It triggers so many alerts that I usually miss the alert saying the thing needs to be cleaned. Basically a simplistic app buried in a steaming pile of garbage for no good reason.
