This app has been nothing but bad. It has problems staying connected to the literbox. We have two cats and it doesn't seem to be able to remember which is which (mixes up their names and sizes frequently). It doesn't often say when the litter box is low on litter or the litter tray is full (we just have to check). In the latest update, the UI is broken, and I can no longer access any of the settings, since the buttons are pushed too far towards the edges of the screen.

The new app is no good! It doesn't connect to my wifi. I used the old app but it didn't always register my cats useage of the litter box so I contacted Pet Snowy and was told to reinstall the app. More issues. Frustrating for the functions not to work on an expensive unit! On a positive note, customer service has been responsive each time but if the recommendations don't fix the problem, it's kind of useless.

The app used to be great. I could set custom notifications that told me when my pet entered the litter box which was amazing for when I had to collect samples for the vet (particularly because I have two cats that weigh the same, I could run down and see who was using the litter box and collect the correct sample for the correct cat). The app changed and now I cannot set up that notification when I need it, it is very disappointing. I wish we had the old version of the app.
