Tried it last night for the first time. I couldn't get the app synced to my phone and had to do a hard reset. I've now tried it 3 times with 2 cats, and every time I use it I need to do a hard reset to sync the phone and app. Trying to just double tap the device does nothing. I was skeptical about buying this because of the poor interface, and now I wish I had not. With all the longstanding complaints about the Bluetooth interface, you'd think they would improve it, but apparently not...

I have this product. the reviews are either it is the greatest or it is worthless. I have experienced both. the mat works well, when functioning my cat loves it and it really helps her. when it is not working, it will not pair with my device and does not function AT ALL. I have found that when it is FULLY charged, it works great. The battery can be at 80% and it won't pair to turn on. I leave it plugged in and it works as represented. I hope this helps others and especially their pets.

This is is awful. One would think with such an expensive piece of equipment, a decent user app could be developed. You can't see the program running in the app, and thus, you cant tell how much time has lapsed. There isnt any teal way to even know if the pad itself is functioning properly. Because of this, I'm not sure I'd recommend this to any of my agility friends. I want to see the programs running, And want to know its working!
