The app takes too long to load. I leave it open so I can use it for training inside. It constantly disconnects with the dog next to me and takes too long to reconnect to be useful. The calendar is not helpful. It does not accurately reflect incidents. There are days that I know have been incident free, yet somehow, the calendar is reflected otherwise. It would be helpful if it noted the time and day plus what action was received. Did it just beep, nick, or continuous action?
Very poor connection. I just had this system installed and the app will not connect with my (newer model) Android phone, a Galaxy Note 10+. I paid extra for the system just to be able to connect through the app on my phone and I can't. I have three collars. Not one of them will connect. The app keeps stopping. Very dissatisfied so far. I really hope something is being done to correct this. Until then, I would not recommend.

Just got a new phone, was hopeful that my issues were a result of the Galaxy S7 vs the app. Connectivity issues were already constant - and I've complained in the past. We chose this pet fence over other competitors because we wanted the remote option, and it NEVER works. I can't even set-up the app on the new phone because the collars will not connect! The one time I had an option to add the collars, it wouldn't accept the pin code. Choose the competition if you are hoping for a remote option.
