App has rarely works. Uninstalled and reinstalled today as I was informed to update it again. ( this is the 2nd or 3rd time in 2 yrs ) and still not working. The actual fence and collar work but app is a waste. It was one of the reasons I went with this company, too. minus stars for the app. it doesn't connect to the collar and still getting error messages when I enter the pin. Thankfully our dog is trained so I no longer need to adjust settings.

Very poor connection. I just had this system installed and the app will not connect with my (newer model) Android phone, a Galaxy Note 10+. I paid extra for the system just to be able to connect through the app on my phone and I can't. I have three collars. Not one of them will connect. The app keeps stopping. Very dissatisfied so far. I really hope something is being done to correct this. Until then, I would not recommend.

Just got a new phone, was hopeful that my issues were a result of the Galaxy S7 vs the app. Connectivity issues were already constant - and I've complained in the past. We chose this pet fence over other competitors because we wanted the remote option, and it NEVER works. I can't even set-up the app on the new phone because the collars will not connect! The one time I had an option to add the collars, it wouldn't accept the pin code. Choose the competition if you are hoping for a remote option.
