After 4 months of use, I'm very happy with my collars. One cat has come home without her collar once, and I found it quickly using the radio feature. GPS also great. Fantastic customer support. The only issues are that the radio connection can show 0%, even when the collars are close by. Resolves itself after next contact with the hub. It would be nice if the "at home" feature was configurable, letting you set the % that means they are home. Also custom tracking mode options would be great!

I was concerned how this would work in the USA. We bought it for our tamed feral who has lived outside our house for about 12 years - but he still goes outdoors. We found this perfect for his size (8.5 lbs). He has taken to it surprisingly well. And it gives his location anywhere and in any weather, with an accuracy of about 10 meters - which is good enough. This has brought great relief to us and our worries about his whereabouts outdoors. Highly Recommend.

Compared to other tracker apps this one isn't as great. Whilst the tracker is good as it's a collar rather than a box as such, the app freezes, logs me out regularly, doesn't update properly and you can't zoom in on the map for more accuracy. The "history" is not accurate. I like to see more of a timeline which is available with other trackers and you can't see battery levels as a %. Seems I'm stuck with this now but in all honesty I wish I had known about the issues prior to signing up.
