Extremely disappointed with the delay and lack of thoroughness with the email alerts. The email alerts arrive several days following, and do not state the date, place, or dollar amount of the purchase because these options aren't available. My suggestion would be to send email alerts at the same time as the purchase is made, e.g. As requested, we're notifying you that on (date) at (location) a pending authorization or purchase in the amount of ($ dollar amount) was charged on your credit card.

Extremely limited options, just the basics. But then again, their website is also the same. For advance feature like adding authorized users, you must call them. Advice: Never call them on weekends, they'll make you wait for hours, then hang up on you!

Previously was an hsbc customer before being switched to this company. App is bare bones with very little functionality. Currently you can only have 1 account on the website and application. I've never seen this on another bank before. It's been like this for at least a year so I don't forsee this changing. Stay away if possible
