About this game
Traditional Checkers Game that respects the rules of the Italian Checkers Federation
You can use the application in 2 different ways.
As a simple chessboard that will allow you to play with another person close to you or play against the application.
If you decide to choose the 2 player mode, the application will check that all the rules of Checkers as described in the Rules of the Game section are respected, except one, the one that says that you touch a piece then you must move that.
This rule was deliberately not respected to allow newbies to see the possible moves or possible tricks for every possible move.
So as long as you do not confirm the move, by lifting your finger to the final position, you can always decide to change the move.
If, on the other hand, you decide for the single player mode, you will play against the application.
If you choose the white color, as per the rule, you will play first otherwise the application will play first.
To make it easier for you to choose the level, I'll explain what level means.
The level is how many moves forward the application looks to decide which move to make, so:
level 0 is before making the move;
level 1 is after his move is made;
Level 2 is after you have made your move in consequence to level 1.
and so on.
The application creates all possible moves for all levels up to the level you have set, takes all pictures of the board and decides the best move.
You understand that at level 2, which is the minimum level that can be set, the application will watch until your first move.
But if the speed of your device allows it, once you have reached level 4, it will foresee up to 2 your moves, at level 6 up to 3 and so on.
If you reach level 5 or 6 and you are not a professional of Checkers you can already play some fun games and you will not always win.
