About this app

PG Connect replaces the register, the rent diary and the WhatsApp group with one place that owners, staff and tenants can all see.

Built for paying guest accommodations and hostels in India.

FOR PG OWNERS

• Rooms and beds — lay out each property floor by floor and see at a glance which beds are occupied, free, reserved or blocked.

• Tenants — onboarding, documents, check-in and check-out dates, and the full history of who stayed in which bed.

• Rent and invoices — generate a whole month's invoices in one run, prorated for anyone who joined mid-month. Record payments by cash, UPI or bank transfer and issue receipts.

• Automatic reminders — rent due and overdue reminders go out on their own, so chasing payments stops being a daily job.

• Expenses — log what a property costs to run, from groceries to salaries to repairs, and see it against what it collects.

• Staff — give a warden or manager their own login with only the access they need. Nobody shares the owner's password.

• Meals — publish the weekly menu, let tenants skip meals they will miss, and see exactly how many plates the kitchen should prepare.

• Complaints — track maintenance from the first report to the fix, assign jobs to staff, and let tenants rate the result.

• Notices — post an announcement once and everyone gets it in their app.

• Enquiries — log everyone who asks about a bed so you can follow up before they go elsewhere.

• Reports — occupancy and collection at a glance, with CSV export when your accountant asks for the year.

FREE TO START

The Free plan covers one property and up to ten beds, with no time limit and no card required. Paid plans lift the limits and add rent runs, automatic reminders and CSV exports. Subscriptions are managed at nexotri.com.

YOUR DATA

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. There are no analytics or tracking SDKs in this app. Location is read only when an owner taps the button to pin a property on a map, and never for tenants. You can delete your account and personal details at any time, from the app or from nexotri.com/delete-account.html.
