🛡️ AES-256-GCM ENCRYPTION

Ironclad uses AES-256-GCM encryption to protect stored password entries.

Each password entry is encrypted using a unique nonce, helping protect your sensitive credentials while stored on your device.

🔑 SECURE MASTER PASSWORD PROTECTION

Your master password is not stored directly.

Ironclad derives the key used to protect your vault using PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 with 600,000 iterations.

👆 BIOMETRIC UNLOCK

Access your vault quickly using supported fingerprint or face authentication.

The master key is protected using Android's hardware-backed Keystore where supported by the device.

🚨 PASSWORD BREACH DETECTION

Check your passwords against known breach data using Have I Been Pwned.

Ironclad uses k-anonymity so your actual password is not sent to the breach-checking service.

If a password may have been compromised, you can identify it and take action.
